Refund and Cancellation Policy
At SurplusHub, we value our customers' trust. Since we deal in premium multibrand surplus garments, we ensure every product undergoes a quality check. However, if you are not satisfied, here is our policy:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier). You can request cancellation by emailing us at [Your Email] or via WhatsApp at [8851025227].
- After Shipment: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Window
- We offer a 7-Day /Exchange Policy.
- If the product doesn’t fit or you are unhappy with the quality, you must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
3. Conditions for Return & Refund
To ensure a successful refund, please make sure that:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, brand labels, and packaging are intact.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it (usually within 48 hours).
- Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be initiated immediately.
- Credit Timeline: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay). It typically takes 5 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account/card statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Shipping Costs
- If you received a damaged or wrong product, SurplusHub will bear the return shipping costs.
- For size issues or personal preference changes, a nominal return shipping fee may be applicable, or the customer may need to send the product back to our Tri Nagar store address
