Return & Exchange Policy

  2. ​To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags intact.
  3. ​Since we deal in Surplus Garments, minor variations might occur, but we ensure the highest quality.

Refund Process

  2. ​If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.

Shipping for Returns

  1. ​In case of a defective or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  2. ​For size exchanges or personal preference returns, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
