Cancellation Policy
At SurplusHub, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
1. How to Request a Cancellation?
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation by:

- Please mention your Order ID in the request for faster processing.
2. Cancellation Timeline
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier partner. In this case, we will process a full refund immediately.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched from our Tri Nagar facility, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer will have to receive the order and then follow our standard Return Policy if they still wish to return it.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (via Razorpay).
- The amount will reflect in your bank account or credit card statement within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Cancellation by SurplusHub
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Stock Unavailability: Since we deal in surplus garments, occasionally an item may go out of stock before we can update the website.
- Incomplete Address: If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect and we are unable to contact you.
- Technical Errors: Pricing or product information errors on the website. In any such case, we will notify you and provide a 100% refund immediately.
